tHERAPY Recycle & Exorcise

tHERAPY in London

November 22nd & 23rd we are taking part on a Fashion learning expedition to London organised by CHAIRE BALI | Disruptive materials & processes.

We will be visiting the main London Fashion Colleges such as Central Saint Martins, the London College of Fashion, the Royal College of Arts x Burberry at LCF and the Chelsea College of Arts. We will also visit Christopher Raeburn Studio. Christopher RÆBURN is a collaborative, creative fashion studio where daily design meets painstaking production, alongside monthly events, discussions and workshops.

We will also visiting current exhibitions such as Fashioned from Nature at the V&A Museum. Fashioned from Nature is an exhibition that explores the relationship between fashion and nature from 17th to 21st century. Commissioned by the exhibition’s curator, Edwina Ehrman, CSF’s Professor Dilys Williams has conceived two installations for the exhibition, Fashion Now and Fashion Futures 2030.

There we will have the chamce to take part of a sustainable fashion tour lead by Arianna Nicoletti, one of our friends and colleagues from this area in Berlin who is doing a research residency at the Victoria & Albert Museum. Amazing!

This is for us an excellent opportunity to connect with other like-minded designers, educators and researchers focused on sustainable fashion, to discover what is happening in a big fashion city like London and to learn.

As we are also currently taking part at the course Fashion and Sustainability, which is offered by the London College of Fashion, UAL (specifically by CSF’s Professor Dilys Williams) and the Kering Group, we feel it is the perfect moment to leave the sewing machine quiet for a few days and take a plane to see and meet and discover.

BUT! We take this chance and stay a few more days to meet stylists, photographers or whoever is interested in colaborating with us. We are taking some of our pieces with us.

Let's make a small photoshooting, let's chat, let's plan ideas!
