ANTAgonia. A tale of Two Cities

Our recent shows in Bilbao and Berlin marked the exciting debut of our he Antagonia collection, blending fashion with local art and culture in two distinct and unforgettable ways.

For the first time in four years, we from tHERAPY Berlin and tHERAPY Argentina together, went back to the catwalk and created a stage shared with other artists we admire.

In Bilbao, at "La Encartada Moda" the atmosphere was charged with anticipation. The vibrant, fashion-forward crowd embraced the essence of Antagonia with enthusiasm. The energy was palpable as models took to the runway, showcasing our designs. Each piece reflected our dedication to craftsmanship and creativity, and the audience’s enthusiastic response was a rewarding affirmation of the hard work behind the collection.

our "Art-Fashion Show" during Berlin Fashion week, elevated the experience to an entirely new level. Hosted at the iconic Pandora Art Gallery, the event was a fusion of fashion and art. In addition to our Antagonia collection, the show featured different artistic expressions. Our Fabric scraps and Shoes collage installation offered an Accordingly contextualising visual narrative, while Fade Out Label's denim installation showcased their unique approach to sustainable fashion.

The evening's artistic vibe was further enriched by a live fashion drawing session by Georg Martin, who captured the event’s essence in real-time sketches. This live session provided a dynamic and engaging element, allowing the audience to witness the creative process unfold.

Adding a unique dimension to the Berlin show was Bambi Kunst’s live-art-therapy-performance. This performance blended artistic expression with therapeutic reflection and created an immersive sensory experience.

In addition to our own collection, the Berlin event also highlighted the latest collections from Fade Out Label and Tata Christiane. Fade Out Label presented their innovative approach to denim, emphasizing sustainability and creativity in each design. Tata Christiane, known for their avant-garde style, brought a collection that challenged conventional fashion norms and delighted the audience with its bold, artistic flair.

The Berlin crowd, diverse and engaged, embodied the city's eclectic spirit. The convergence of fashion enthusiasts, artists, and curious onlookers created an atmosphere of excitement and appreciation. Both shows underscored the dynamic narrative of Antagonia, a collection designed to challenge conventions and celebrate empowerment and craftmanship.

We are profoundly grateful for the support in both Bilbao and Berlin. These shows highlighted the power of combining fashion with art and community, offering a platform to share our vision with an appreciative and engaged audience.

We also thanks the many press and fashion professionals who attended or published about the show and our collection. Like Kaltblut Magazine, Kreep Magazine, MSF Magazine, The Columbist, iHeartBerlin, Luxiders Magazine, Fashion Street Berlin, Fashion Network, Fashion United, Berlin Amateurs, Tip Berlin (printed edition, July 2024), and Exit030.

As we look forward to future adventures, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of fashion and art, creating experiences that inspire and captivate. Stay tuned for what’s next as we continue to explore and innovate in the world of fashion.
