RARE at the Lange Nacht der Textilretter

on Friday, April 25 is Die Lange Nacht der Textilretter in the whole of Berlin, by A-Gain Guide during Fashion Revolution week. RARE STORE & COLLECTIVE, from which tHERAPY is a founding member, will be offering a unique opportunity to meet our collective of designers in person and repair your broken textiles and jewelry with their help — on the spot!

On that day, we are open as usual from 1 PM, but to celebrate the special evening, we'll stay open until 9 PM.

What can you expect?

Meet Angie from THERAPY RECYCLE & EXORCISE

Angie will help you fix your accessories, such as bags, belts, jewelry, or decorative elements. Present from 6 PM to 9 PM Repair options: adding new clasps, fixing handles, replacing decorative elements, small hand stitches.

Meet Elise from EVERYDAY PIECES

She will assist you in repairing your favorite clothing item — by hand or using a sewing machine. Present from 6 PM to 8 PM Repair options: sewing loose seams, fixing small tears, replacing buttons, patching, and simple hand mending.

Meet Julie from TATA CHRISTIANE

She’ll be offering repair options for your beloved knitted garments using crochet techniques. These repairs are not only functional — they also creatively transform your pieces, adding new life to them. Present from 2 PM to 4 PM

Meet Andy from FADE OUT LABEL

Specializing in jeans, Andy will offer practical solutions to mend denim and other textiles. Present from 6 PM to 9 PM Repair options: patching holes, reinforcing worn areas, fixing pockets, hems, and small rips.

Please note: Repairs on the spot will focus on easy and feasible fixes. Keep in mind we’ll be working from the store — not our full ateliers — so we are limited to simple repairs such as:
